No-Returns Policy

• All spice sales are final and permanent.
• Food safety laws prohibit us from accepting returned consumables.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or taste preference.
• No items can be sent back to our facility under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Inspect your order immediately upon physical delivery.
• Report any transit damages or wrong items within 24 hours.
• You must email photographic proof of the unopened package.
• Unverified claims or requests past 24 hours will be rejected.
• Approved claims receive a product replacement, never a cash refund.

Order Cancellations

• We begin preparing your spices immediately to ensure fast delivery.
• Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
• If you made a mistake, contact us immediately to see if we can help.
• We cannot cancel your order if it has already left our facility.
